This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for SOLIA services, events, and products. By booking a class, attending an event, or purchasing a product from SOLIA, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Classes, Workshops & Events

All class, workshop, and event bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable and charged in full.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your SOLIA wallet.
Upon request, refunds may be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Product Purchases

All products are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where items are:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrectly delivered
Issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, including photo evidence where applicable.

SOLIA reserves the right to assess each case individually.

Delivery

SOLIA currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
