Terms & Conditions - the basics
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in SOLIA events, retreats, and community offerings. By booking or attending any SOLIA event or retreat, you agree to be bound by these terms. SOLIA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Services & Participation
SOLIA curates monthly morning events and retreats for women in Dubai and Europe. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. By attending a SOLIA event or retreat, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing. SOLIA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in its activities, except where required by law.
Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Events
Event tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the event at info@solia.ae
Retreats
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total retreat price is required to secure your retreat place. Full payment is due six weeks before the retreat date. Cancellations made more than six weeks before the retreat date will receive a refund of all payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations within six weeks of the retreat date are non-refundable. Your spot may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.
Waitlist
Joining the SOLIA waitlist does not constitute a booking or guarantee a place at any event or retreat.
Photography
SOLIA events and retreats may be photographed and filmed for use on our website and social media channels. By attending, you consent to being photographed. Please inform us in writing before the event if you do not wish to be included in any photography or footage.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of SOLIA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
