These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the SOLIA website and the participation in SOLIA services, events, workshops, and purchases. By accessing this website or engaging with SOLIA offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

SOLIA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services & Participation

SOLIA curates outdoor workshops, movement sessions, and community gatherings. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. By attending a SOLIA event, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing.

SOLIA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in its activities, except where required by law.

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds (Classes)

  • All class bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the SOLIA wallet or, upon request, returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

Product Sales & Returns

All products sold by SOLIA are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where items are received damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered.

Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so that SOLIA can assess and resolve the matter accordingly.

Delivery Policy

  • SOLIA currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.
