SOLIA Retreats
A few days away to move, rest and hear yourself think.
Twice a year, we take SOLIA further. A small group of women, a beautiful place and time for what usually gets squeezed in between everything else:
movement, rest, good food and honest conversation.
Our 2027 retreats take us to Austria in March and to Dubai in November.
Places will be limited, and women on our waitlist hear first.

A taste of what's to come
Every SOLIA retreat follows the same rhythm, built around our three pillars.
Mornings: Movement and breath with Romina, so you start each day in your body.
Days: Sessions with guest experts on topics like women's health, sleep, nutrition and mental load, and time to think about where you're heading.
Evenings: Shared dinners, real conversation and time to switch off.
Exact dates, venues and the full programme go to our waitlist first.
Where we're heading
Two places, one rhythm. We start the year in the mountains and close it in the desert.
(Europe) Austria, early in the year
Snow still on the peaks, the first warm light in the valley.
Long mornings of movement, walks that clear your head, one table every evening.
A women's retreat in the Alps for the part of the year when everything is still ahead of you.
Dubai, at the close of the year
The heat has broken, the light turns golden by four.
Mornings on the mat, afternoons in the quiet, nights under an open sky.
A desert retreat for the weeks when the year asks you what it was all for.
Exact dates, venues and the full programme go to our waitlist first.
Who you'll meet

When did you last have a few days that were only yours?
Your body carries you through everything you build: the early calls, the big decisions, the days that run from school drop-off straight into the next meeting. It shouldn't only get what's left at the end of the day.
A retreat is time you give back to it, and to yourself. A few days with women who want good things for you. No performing, no delivering, no keeping up. Just being yourself.
It's not time off from your ambition. It's what keeps it going.
